This was my first time EVER going to Disneyland and California
itself! I was so excited to finally experience what everyone had been talking
about for so long!
I didn't get too many pictures of myself in Disneyland or CA
Adventure because my friend and I were going all day everyday to make sure we
got to ride as much rides as possible. I had my pedometer with me and we walked
an average of over 5 miles a day!! My feet were so sore and I had 3 blisters!
Here I am being brave on the new Cars
ride. The picture below is me being not so brave on the Tower of Terror. I held
on to the side railing for dear life, as you can see on my face - I love that
ride (said very sarcastically!!)!
It was very fun anyway! I also went of California Screamin that same morning! As my friend said,
"I think you need to treat it like a band-aid and just rip it
off. You need to just do these two rides and get them over with." I
did and I made her go on Mickey's Fun Wheel which was not her favorite ride.

I was a little nervous about Space
Mountain, but I LOVED it! This was our second time riding it. My only regret is
that I wore my glasses so my hands aren't as high as they could be because I am
holding them (the glasses). I didn't get any pictures from Splash Mountain. We learned that
you should only go on Splash Mountain in the morning if you want to be wet for
the rest of the day!!!! There was sooo much water, probably because it had
refilled over-night. The only thing that was dry was where my arms were on my
leg and my armpits... otherwise all was soaked including my purse.
No Disneyland trip would be complete without
the castle and fireworks! It was standing only and I was so sore! I never did
see Tinkerbell or Dumbo fly over the castle. I must have been paying too much
attention to my feet...
We had great seats for this show. It was
fun!!
