Trials of Surgeries

I just got a phone call from my mom. The knee surgery has been postponed due to a discrepancy in an EKG that was done two weeks ago. My mom is so bummed right now because she just wants to get it over with. I am also a bit frustrated that they can't look over an EKG until the night before the surgery?!! Really?! I am still going to go over there, as hopefully they can schedule it again soon. Also hopefully the EKG will turn out to be nothing...

Leaving

It is so hard to get your house ready before you leave for an extended period of time. I don't want to return to a messy house, but I also don't want to spend the time cleaning right before I leave. I am caught in the middle of an apartment in Spokane!! I haven't been very good at updating this blog. I will be better this summer as my mom is having a total knee replacement surgery and I am going to be taking care of her. I will have LOTS of time on my hands. As for Junior, well, he is a Canine Good Citizen failure. He did not pass his exam last Thursday and he now needs to take a reactive dog class.... YET another class!!! This dog really is as expensive as a child!
